Ryanair baggage allowance 2013. A short summary
If you plan to fly with Ryanair, read on and get to know all the necessary information about their baggage policy.
Ryanair – hand baggage
One piece of cabin baggage is allowed on Ryanair flights. Its maximum weight is 10 kg and its dimensions must not exceed 55×40×20 cm. Your laptop, handbag and duty free purchases must be carried inside one piece of hand baggage. Remember that Ryanair regulations concerning cabin baggage are strict and better check the dimensions of your bag before checking in. Otherwise, it can be refused to be taken onboard.
Ryanair – checked baggage allowance
There is no free checked baggage allowance for Ryanair flights. Passengers can buy additional bags when booking flight tickets online. Prices for the first 15 kg bag vary from €15 to €25 according to the seasons. You will pay €25 – €35 for 20 kg bag. Checked baggage purchased via Manage my booking tool and at the airport is more expensive.

Ryanair – excess baggage fees While travelling with Ryanair, you will pay €20 for every kilogram exceeding the baggage allowance.
