Delta Air Lines is based in based in the United States and operates flights from its main hubs located in Atlanta, Detroit, Amsterdam, Minneapolis, New York, Salt Lake City, Tokyo or Paris. The airline was founded in 1925 as Huff Daland Dusters and it started operations as Delta Air Service in 1928. It is a traditional carrier and the world's largest airline in terms of passenger traffic and fleet size.
Delta Air Lines serves every continent except for Antarctica and it operates an extensive network of domestic routes. It is a member of the airline alliance SkyTeam. For its frequent flyers the airline has a loyalty program called SkyMiles.
It offers fares in following classes: BusinessElite, Domestic First Class, Economy Comfort Class, International Economy Class, Domestic Economy Class. Passengers may take advantage of online check-in on its website.
